Project Kesher proudly provided the seed money for FemSMS, a groundbreaking, compassionate messaging service conceived by Dr. Kristen Ali Eglinton of the Footage Foundation. The service provides vital information about health and safety to women affected by war. 98% of recipients open their messages from FEMSMS and almost half find the content so meaningful that they refer the service to friends and family. PK is also proud to report that, after being featured as a trusted partner at PK’s 2023 benefit, FemSMS has secured additional funding from the Forix Foundation, enabling the service to launch on a less expensive, more sustainable, platform, Viber. The Footage Foundation will conduct an online conference on December 9th, 2023, to report on this new wave of work.
