WOF-UA Travel Grants Fuel Ukrainian Women's Innovation and Success
This summer, Project Kesher Ukraine’s Women’s Opportunity Fund (WOF-UA) funded the travel of two bold innovators, helping them take their businesses to the next level. With the organization’s support, Anna Chorna, co-founder of the AI-powered wellness app Mindship, traveled to Warsaw’s Google Campus for a Female Founders Fundraising Academy. Here, she met with investors and potential collaborators as she prepares to launch her app on the Apple Store and Google Play Market.
WOF-UA also made it possible for Kharkiv-based fashion entrepreneur Kateryna Uvarova to take part in a study visit to the FREITAG Factory in Zurich. Here she learned from a global upcycling leader, empowering her to apply their success to her brand 3.14BAN, which transforms materials like promotional banners and tarpaulins into stylish accessories.
These two journeys exemplify how WOF-UA travel grants empower Ukrainian women entrepreneurs to learn, connect and lead. Whether advancing mental health tech or rethinking fashion’s impact, their work shapes a future that is more resilient, innovative and inclusive.
