Making Space for Innovation: WOF-UA Supports Ukrainian Designers at Global Events

With help from WOF-UA, two forward-thinking Ukrainian creators—adaptive clothing designer Anastasiia Klymenko and artist Tetiana Kramarenko—were able to showcase their work internationally.

Anastasiia, founder of the inclusive fashion brand ZhaHa, designs adaptive clothing that prioritizes comfort, beauty and mobility for veterans and people with disabilities. Her mission is to reimagine care as the new standard of style. Thanks to a travel grant, she and her colleague Anna, who uses a wheelchair and requires daily assistance, attended the first-ever Future Fashion Forum in Lviv, where their designs were featured in the fashion show. “This forum opened doors for collaborations, new knowledge and inspiration,” said Anastasiia. “The Women’s Opportunity Fund’s support means everything at this stage of our journey.”

Tetiana, founder of the innovative art form karakulegraphy, traveled to World Art Dubai to present her work to an international audience. “The grant allowed me to promote this new Ukrainian art movement on the global stage,” she shared. “I’m deeply grateful for the support—it helped make a long-standing dream possible.”

Both women are part of a growing community of Ukrainian leaders that is rising up, and with support from WOF-UA, finding success.
